SHIPPING METHODS

Orders delivered to France will be shipped via FedEx, and orders delivered internationally will be shipped via DHL Express and FedEx.

RETURN POLICY

All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed:

  • Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the authenticity tags intact. If the tags have been removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box provided and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, and the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may be sent back to you.
  • Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

  • Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.

CANCELLATION

  • Once an order has been placed, customers have a 24-hour window to cancel the order without any penalties or charges. Orders can be canceled by contacting our customer support team via email at help@thelimitedclub.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request" and providing the order number.
  • Orders that are canceled within this 24-hour period will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges, issued back to the original payment method.
  • Please note that once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed and the order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may still initiate a return following our refund policy guidelines after receiving the items.
