The Nike Air Max 1 Wabi-Sabi takes inspiration from a Japanese philosophy that embraces minimalism and finds beauty in imperfection. The shoe features a white canvas upper adorned with powder pink and ochre leather overlays. Brown and khaki green suede inserts on the mudguard and heel create a mismatched effect, adding a unique touch. The entire structure is accented with white stitching. Red embroidery forms the number "XXXV" as a nod to the 35th anniversary of the Air Max range. A "Have A Nike Day" motif covers the heel. The shoe sits atop a distressed sole with a cracked pattern on the rubber outsole.

This special edition pays homage to the Air Max 1's rich history and showcases a distinct aesthetic inspired by the philosophy of wabi-sabi, offering a one-of-a-kind design for Air Max enthusiasts in Asia and South America.
