For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 2 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders delivered to France will be shipped via FedEx, and orders delivered internationally will be shipped via DHL Express and Fedex.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We deliver in France and everywhere in the world (except Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, St Pierre & Miquelon, Ukraine and Russia) via DHL Express. Packages are delivered to your home against signature. If your delivery address is in the European Union (excluding French overseas departments and territories): your products will be sent to you individually according to the date they are received in our offices so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union (excluding French overseas departments and territories): your products will be sent to you together in a single parcel so that you do not have to pay any customs duties several times.
After ordering on our site, an e-mail containing your order number is sent to you. If the product you have ordered is not in stock in Paris, we will search for it among our network of partner retailers. Once the product is found, it is transported to our premises, received, authenticated and checked by our team. Once it has passed our authentication process, it is put back into its original packaging, packed in our packaging and shipped. You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.
After receiving this email, the delivery will be made within 2 working days. If you are not at home on the day, DHL Express or FedEx will offer to reschedule a delivery, to hand over your parcel to a trusted neighbour or to a nearby relay point.
It is possible that the processing time is exceeded beyond our control (depending on the economic situation, the carrier or the availability of the product). In this case, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com. For a better handling of your request, please have your 5-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail.
